Mikaela has two children, Simon and Sidonie, who are good at challenging the status quo and are a constant source of learning and laughter.

Sarah is Reverb’s Cofounder and COO. As COO, Sarah directs the company’s focus through strategic design, goal setting, and financial planning. She also helps clients build their HR fundamentals and plan for their future by matching them with consultants who provide flexible and customized expertise.

Before her time at Reverb, Sarah was a management consultant and people operations leader. When she isn’t optimizing Reverb’s functions or helping companies find their perfect consultant match, she is making memories with her husband and wonderfully outspoken six-year old daughter hiking, biking, and kayaking around the PNW.

Michelle has worked in operations at WA based tech companies for the past 9 years and is passionate about approaching work in an organized, collaborative and efficient manner. Prior to operations, she put her Type A skillset to use in the hospitality industry for 7+ years with Recreation and Event Management at Walt Disney World and Marriott Hotels. Michelle supports Reverb’s internal processes, ensures smooth business operations while maintaining and maximizing efficiency of the tools we use. In between Zoom calls Michelle can be found spending time with her husband and her bernedoodle, reading, visiting family and friends near and far, and cycling in the summer.

Emily is a Practice Director for Reverb where she partners with clients to understand their needs and pain points, and connects them to our talented team of consultants so Reverb can deploy solutions that make our clients’ lives easier and help them to build healthy, inclusive cultures for their teams and organizations. She is the strategic leader for people development solutions and has a particular passion for ensuring the company’s learning and development work continues to be practical, engaging, and focused on what our clients need. Prior to Reverb, Emily was a seasoned leadership development and talent management leader, with expertise and experience in creating and launching learning experiences that blended training, development, and coaching support for first-time managers up through global executive leaders. Outside of startup life, Emily nurtures her skills as a leadership coach, spends time adventuring with her husband, two kiddos, their beloved German Shorthaired Pointer, and she never turns down a good cup of coffee.

Lindsay integrates kindness, flexibility, and fun into everything she does. She spends her free time traveling, exploring the PNW with her husband and King Charles Cavalier (Louie!) by land & sea, gardening, & staying active.

Krystina was born and raised in the Bay Area but made her way to the Pacific Northwest 8 years ago to watch her three nieces grow up. She spends most of her time with her 10 year old pup Benny Gold but manages to spend quality time with her boyfriend, friends, and family as well. From communicating with her clothing vendors at Zulily to managing IT infrastructures for companies across the greater Seattle area, she brings with her years of experience in client communication and is excited to step into her new role in HR with Reverb.

When she isn’t working or exploring her new city, she enjoys reading, camping, traveling, and mothering her two cats, Bella and George.

At Reverb, Kylie works in collaboration with like-minded businesses to create meaningful and impactful events centered around the empowerment and celebration of women in the workplace, diversity, and advocacy. She also organizes and executes Reverb’s marketing strategy. Creativity, kindness, and integrity are central to everything she does.
